We all have our little secret dreams and a few “what-ifs” from our past. Well, here’s one of mine… I wish I could have been an FBI agent. Doesn’t “Special Agent Foeh” have a nice ring to it? I really don’t remember how or when (or even why) this started, but there you have it. Am I happy with my current life? Absolutely! But I also still have this little fantasy about bringing down the bad guys — maybe cyber terrorists? — and I’ll tell you, seeing The Kingdom this week didn’t help. Jennifer Garner was one tough FBI chick in that movie. She now comes in second place in my ass-kicking women hall of fame, just below Trinity from The Matrix series.
I always wanted to be the bionic woman.
I saw the movie last night. Or should I say, I heard the movie last night. I was so motion sick from the jerky camera and sweeping pans that I had to keep my eyes closed most of the time. I asked my husband to tell me whenever Jennifer Garner was kicking butt, so I saw most of that. And yes, it was good. I didn’t even vomit.
I’m with ya’ Monika — the camera jerkiness was hard to take. I had to look away several times too. I thought it was a really well-acted movie. Jason Bateman at the end was amazing.
